Always nice to end the week at my local. This Steak and Eggs dish is definitely one for the meat lovers. I washed it down with a Burundi pour over, from @longmilescoffee . Outstanding pairing if I may say so myself.
Last nights dinner out (seafood risotto) - had to make the most of the sunshine ☀️ so a big #bodymagic walk along the canal to @prezzo they have one of the best gluten free menus - I used all my #syns on this and 2 glasses of wine - still managing to stay #Onplan like this when out enjoying myself is one of the big reasons SW works.

These honey hoops are made from corn flour and taste better than all the ones I’ve tried back home in the U.K!! perf texture and incredible taste of honey! Just wish I bought another pack so I could have taken some home 😭
Fejioas are my absolute FAVOURITE fruit so I obviously had to make something with them✨ Feijoa and pear no bake cheesecake!! This recipe is vegan, gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, YUM!😍 *
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup cut up feijoas / 1/2 cup cut up pear
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup soaked cashews
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup maple syrup
Prep your soaked cashews. In a food processor mix all the crust ingredients together until well combined and press into a lined baking tin and place in the freezer. Next pulse either the feijoa or pear filling and spread the mixture evenly over the base. Place in the freezer until it has set. Lastly pulse your next filling and pour over the first and again place in the freezer overnight. Thaw at room temperature for 10 mins before serving. Slice and enjoy!
