Step Two: Setting goals that are attainable and time-bound- Be sure that you give a deadline to when you want to achieve your goals, utilizing deadlines will not only have you on a schedule but, will boost your day to day productivity.
Step Three: Make an Action Plan- Always Always Always have a plan to bring your ideas to reality. You will not get anywhere with a head full of ideas unless you come up with a way to execute them.
Step Four: Do Not Procrastinate- Procrastinating is not doing anything for but, putting the other person with your same dream ahead of you. Try to put in alittle work everyday.
Step Five: Stick With Whatever It Is You Have Set- Persistence is key when going after something you want. No matter what you have to keep going and working towards your goals. -

Yesterday was a wash! I slept in, pushed my workout to the evening (never ideal for me) and it just never happened. Why do I share this? I share because life happens. Sometimes our plans backfire. When life throws you curve balls control the controllable. Maybe you can’t move as much as you’d like but you can nail your nutrition 🥒🥑🌽🍆🍅and hydrate your body 💦 all day long!
