Yesterday I weighed in hesitantly and to my surprise I was 30 pounds down from April 5th. I’m not doing Keto, some regimen I was sold on the internet, celery diet (😂), dying of cardio or any extreme workout/“diet” other than hard work and consistency in the gym AND the kitchen. I’m posting these for all the girls out there who look for a quick fix—it might work but it’s only temporary because odds are you aren’t going to stick with something you do as a quick fix. I’m nowhere close to where I want my body to be at but I’m far from where I started.

Successful people learn to work with their failures. 👣👊.
Truth behind every success: •You get rejected a lot. •You feel like quitting .
• It is out of your comfort zone.
•It takes times.
• Perseverance will always be your biggest super power 💥
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ My story 👧🏼.
• I finished high school, then applied for police technology. Got REFUSED .
• Did a full year in college in science, reapplied, got in.
• Did 3 years of college.
• FAILED my english exit exam. (Need it for the application for Nicolet(police school in QC)).
• Waited 1 year, passed everything. Got accepted in " L’école Nationale du Québec ".
• Graduated with two nominations. • Applied at approximately 30 police services. ( 3 wrote back in the first year of finishing the programs)
• SPVM, NOT accepted.
• Terrebonne, NOT accepted.
•Laval, NOT accepted.
• 1 year later, MERCIER hired me, FULL time . Great service.
• 1 month after being hired, RCMP tell me you are in, depot in 2 weeks ( training facility) , I said YES, because I believe in always going for your dreams and to always aim the highest you can. I quit a job, a secure job, because I saw the opportunity that the RCMP could give me, and I said yes to the unknown.
• Through depot, I failed my pistol qualification, I was pushed back 7 weeks.
• Today I achieved what I have always wanted to do, because I never give up. I gain growth, friends, knowledge, values and a lover from those set back. The difference from a successful person and a unsuccessful one, is that one quit and decide to "wear" on his shoulder all his failures and the other one decided to use them as "stairs" of life 💙➖
• we can all do it .
Are you a BLUE OCEAN?
Simply put the theory is that it is far better to search for ways to gain "uncontested market space" and be a BLUE OCEAN vs. compete in a bloody "red ocean" with swarming vicious sharks (ie: heavy competition).
The Blue Ocean Strategy represents simultaneous pursuit of high product differentiation and low cost, thereby making competition irrelevant.

Hi y’all 👋🏻 My name is Sam and I’m 25 and recently moved from California to Montana! Over the last year, I’ve done a complete 180 on my lifestyle and have dropped 40 pounds by eating clean & working out. Before this lifestyle change, I was a VERY picky eater and you would have NEVER caught me eating something green! My whole life has changed for the better and I am so happy I made the changes I did & can only hope to help more people out who are in the same boat. I made this account to share what I have learned & to hold myself accountable. Cheers to being healthy! 🥕🥑🍓
Monday motivation 👆🏻
For the next 30 days, I’m following the @21daymealplan and a weight lifting plan provided to me by a trainer! 💪🏻 30 days of no excuses & holding myself accountable. Results on my mind 🧠
Since I started my weight loss journey, a lot of people have asked what I eat, what program I’m on, what my workouts look like, etc. which I’m always happy to share BUT as cheesy as it sounds... it’s a lifestyle!
Everyday I make the choice to live healthy. I choose to workout 5-6 days a week, I choose to cut out junk food, I choose to do the 21 day meal plan, I choose to surround myself with those who have a similar mindset. The choices I make daily are my lifestyle and my mindset.
It doesn’t take a magic pill or a body wrap or a shake... it takes a MINDSET! Choose to make time to meal prep, choose to take care of your body, choose to set aside time to workout, choose to be healthy & just do IT! 💪🏻 .
I’ve started a round of the @21daymealplan and these are my before pictures. Hoping to reach FIFTY pounds down total by the end of it! If you’re ready to reach your goals & get that mindset, start here. Click the link in my bio and use Sam10 for a discount! Let’s hold each other accountable 👯♂️
Esto lo postiaron hoy y a la verdad q estoy a 50/50. Me explico. #photooftheday#velkompadre#lareal#rap#trap#reggaeton#gogetit#latinos#musica#urbana#artista#artist#hispanos#hispanics#wicked#evil#wickedsoul#workhard#dreams#ifyouaintrunningwithmerunfrommemotherfucker#siemprehumildonnuncabobolon
A friend was watching me put together my workout calendar the other day and asked if rest days are necessary... and the answer is YES!👇🏻
Sometimes we get so caught up in the routine & results that we forget that our bodies also need rest. I know for myself, I get into the frantic “must work out every day” mindset and if I don’t, I feel guilty. So I usually set aside 2 days a week for myself to have an “active” rest day... aka take my boys on a walk 🐶🐶 •
Resting is just as important as working out because it’s a part of the process required to build strength, endurance, and muscle. Working out (especially with resistance) breaks down your muscles and rest days allow them to rebuild!💪🏻
5 tips for your rest days:
Sleep in- enjoy a quiet morning, sleep is SO important! 😴
Eat the rainbow- you’re taking a rest day from training, not eating! Keep up on the fruits & veggies. 🍇
Eat protein- again, stick with the clean eating. Protein is crucial for your muscles.🐔 .
Drink- don’t forget your water! I aim for at least 100 ounces a day. 💦
Find something that still allows you to be slightly active- for me, it’s being outside!☀️ .
Take a day for yourself & ENJOY IT! 🙌🏻
Negative self image. Ever deal with it? I have 🙋🏼♀️
I can’t tell you how many people have picked at flaws on my body over the years. And for so long, I believed it and took all of those comments to heart. I still struggle with it.
Everyone on earth could think that you’re fat & ugly & pick out your flaws, and those negative opinions will never affect you nearly as much as the moment you decide you AGREE with them!
But you need to look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you DESERVE to be healthy, fit, and happy!
I’m close to 50 pounds gone and while I do love the shrinking clothes sizes and the confidence in a bikini and so on, I love the mindset and lifestyle that I’ve gained with all of this instead. Everyone deserves that... don’t forget that YOU do too 🙌🏻
How many times did I look in the mirror and want to change? I couldn’t even tell you. It took me YEARS to make a change. We’re so quick to want change and wish for it, but how many actually take action to make that change?🙇🏼♀️
Maybe you struggle with eating. Maybe you binge eat or emotionally eat. Maybe you starve yourself and obsess over calories. Maybe you measure your worth by the number on the scale or the size of your jeans. I don’t know what it is for you, but I know what it was for me & I learned that if I don’t change anything, NOTHING will change.💡
So if you’ve struggled with an eating disorder in whatever way, or you can’t see your self worth, or you’re obsessed over being perfect... I dare you to call it out, write down what needs to change, and come up with a game plan to commit to making those changes one at a time, day by day, week by week! 👏🏻
Your body is a temple, not a trophy. You decide what you do with it and how you see it. You deserve to have freedom from the thoughts and actions that hold you back. You deserve confidence. You can be free in your own body, I promise you. It has taken me YEARS to look in the mirror and feel truly happy. You have to look at fitness/health/diet as part of your self CARE, not your self WORTH. You can find freedom and happiness in your body... make that change and don’t stop until you do 💛
When I started this journey of mine, I was stuck in a city that I hated, in an apartment that became a financial burden, working a job that I didn’t love, and going through a breakup with someone I truly thought I’d spend forever with. And I had just weighed in at my highest weight ever and was feeling disgusting. There were mornings I just didn’t want to leave my bed.
But I made a choice. I slowly started eating better & going to the gym. I slowly saw pounds start to come off and slowly liked what I was seeing in the mirror. I had to wake up every morning and decide that I was going to fight through my trials and make myself healthy- both mentally and physically.
This last week, my goal was to be more intentional with my mornings. I woke up early & gave myself enough time to shower, get ready, make breakfast AND actually have time to sit down and eat it 😂 It changed my mindset for the week🙇🏼♀️
What makes you want to jump out of bed in the mornings? For me, it’s knowing that I get to continue my goals to be healthy & that everyday is a chance to be better. Your mindset is what will get you to create a vision that makes you WANT to jump out of bed and love your day! Do it for YOU 👏🏻
“I’ll do anything to be skinny besides eat healthy and workout” 🤷🏼♀️
I saw this quote the other day and it made me laugh at first but then I realized how dang true it is! I tried losing weight for YEARS but excuses always got in my way.
I don’t have the craziest transformation out there but it’s mine and it changed my life. At my heaviest last July, I was 185. On the left here, I was maybe 170 (I never took a lot of before pictures or kept track because I didn’t think I’d be posting them online!) I was sad, doubting so much, and just really down on myself. Just this week, I weighed in at 141. That’s 44 pounds down and I can say I have NEVER felt better! 🙌🏻
But it’s not just the losing weight that makes me feel like that... it’s the new mindset, the self confidence, and the physical and mental health that has come with all of this. There’s no magic pill that will replace a clean diet & hard work. I made a choice for this and still do DAILY. 👏🏻
