And each year he’s gets better and better 😊 the aim this year was to put more muscle on, by really focusing on getting stronger in the gym, while maintaining a decent mind muscle connection and get even leaner than last year. Cardio was a lot less than years gone by, with the last 3 weeks being an accumulation of a daily steps, meaning calorie expenditure was high although in gym cardio was low.
