1️⃣ 30 Hip thrusts
2️⃣ 20 Single leg hip thrusts each leg
3️⃣ 15 Single leg deadlifts each leg
4️⃣ 15 Bulgarian split squats each leg
5️⃣ 15 reps of 3 pulses squats
6️⃣ 15 Side steps each side
7️⃣ Finisher: 50 donkey kick pulses into 50 fire hydrants each leg
🔄 Repeat 3 times
⏯ 20 second rest between each exercise - 1 min rest between each set

Leg day 🍑
Here are four effective leg exercises to add on your next leg day workout!
Workout: 4 sets 10 reps each exercise
1.Dumbbell lateral lunge
2. Single dumbbell deadlift
For beginners, I recommend using a wall/pole to help with balance. Otherwise I found that sticking my hand out helps me from tipping over!
3. Dumbbell hip thrust
4. Dropset goblet squats
- Dropset: perform an exercise and then reduce the weight and continue the exercise for more reps until failure.
- I will typically start with a heavy weight to get 10-12 reps and then drop the weight by 5-10 pounds to push until failure
