Okay so this place is the find of the century 🙌🏼 !! If you’re vegan & love Indian food, get yourself down to @missindia_au where they have so many vegan options to chose from to eat in or take away! 🍛
I went for the DELHI DOUBLE which included two curries; a Lentil Dahl made up of 5 different types of Lentil & a spicy Eggplant & Potato dish with a portion of rice! 😋
I also took a Vegan Snack Box made up of an Aloo Tiki Potato Cake, a Pakora, a Vegetable Samosa & popadoms with mango chutney!! 🤤
It tasted amazing & I got it all for under $15 😮

ALERTA DE RECEITA BOA 🚨beem boa mesmo! Não sei que nome dar pra isso, era pra ser um Brie Vegano, mas ficou mais pra uma pastinha, não sei.. só sei que ta bom! ⠀
- 1 xic castanha de caju
- 2 col sopa tapioca starch (polvilho)
- 2 col sobremesa sal
- 2 col sobremesa vinagre de maça ⠀
- 1 dente alho ⠀
- 3/4 xic agua morna ⠀
Bate tudo no liquidificador e coloca numa panelinha em fogo baixo e vai mexendo até ficar grosso. Isso é bem rapido, uns 2 min já fica. ⠀
Coloca tudo na forma untada com azeite. Por cima uns pedacinhos de alho e alecrim. Forno 180C por 20 min.
That’s a good one!! I don’t have a name for this, as it was supposed to be a roasted vegan cheese, but it turned out to be like a cream. What matter is that it tastes great!
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 tbsp tapioca starch
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar ⠀
- 3/4 cup warm water
Blend it all and bring it to a pan in low heat until it gets a little ticker. Place it in a road dish and put it in the oven 180c for 20 min. ⠀
We are FLIPPING excited about the launch of our new space. It’s been a long thought out process with an equally lengthly dream to match.

Goals are weird and lucid concepts, constantly changing and requiring the flexibility of a yogi. What we strive for most in HOB and Valeo is to inspire; for people to go away feeling stimulated to create health in their own ways. To try a new exercise or beauty routine, create a new meal, drink more water or try a new approach with the people in their lives. Change is the only constant in this world and that’s why a commonly heard phrase inside these cozy walls is “WOW, this isn’t how I left this place!” We are loving our new space with fresh new energy and can’t wait to share it with you Durban. 🌍🌊

These potato wedges and carrots were fantastic and while I was waiting the 25 minutes for them to cook I made a spicy 🌶 onion sauce and heated up some broccoli 🥦 to complete the meal. The toaster oven fries we’re still not fully cooked after 35 minutes, so I put them in the air fryer for 10 minutes to finish them up. 🌱😋✌🏼🌱
Thank you to everyone who made our courtyard opening so successful, we fired on all cylinders and had the most amazing array of people flow through the doors. We worked hard and celebrated in style. Thank you 😘

I add it to almost everything! I cooked some pad thai today and added red bell peppers. Last weekend, I made some fajitas and used red, yellow, and green bell peppers. Before that, I cooked mushroom aglio olio pasta and, you guessed it, I added orange bell peppers! .
