I posted a picture the other day with a smoothie that I topped with frozen rawnola balls and here’s the recipe for them 💞
About 6 dates.
Dried blueberries, any dried fruit will do.
And water, just if needed, and be careful not to take to much.
I didn’t really measure anything but put everything in a food processor and blend until “granola” consistency. Then roll them into balls on pop them in the freezer for some hours and then they are ready to use 🌿 More detailed descriptions on my blog, link in the bio 💞
Do you like granola/ rawnola? 🌸
« Le plaisir est un jeune homme à qui la tête tourne dans les étoiles. J’ai eu un faible pour lui. » 🍪☕️Petit brunch Montréalais du dimanche, avec un cake salé graine de courge, et quiche tomate, épinard, fêta, et un granola yogourt. Que demander de mieux ? et en bonne compagnie qui plus est. #pharmarseille#cafe#granola#amis#montreal#partage#brunchdudimanche
For breakfast, I made an açaí bowl topped with strawberries, coconut flakes, blueberries and cinnamon @myfavoriteindulgence granola. Who needs coffee when you have such a colorful breakfast? Here’s a simple recipe for an açaí base. Combine 1 cup frozen açaí juice, 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/2 a cup frozen blueberries and 1/2 a cup tangerine juice in a blender and blend until smooth. See how easy it is?! 10/10 would recommend 🙌🏼 Are you a fan of açaí?
Good morning babes and happy Reset Sunday! I’m hoping all of you are having a great start to your day, as I know I have! I woke up this morning feeling pretty well-rested (DEFINITELY could have slept more, though), hopped out of bed, and headed out for my walk! My foot for pretty bad last night, so I slept with it
propped up and it felt MUCH better when I woke up. It probably wasn’t the BEST idea to walk on it this morning, but it’s me! What do you expect? 🤷🏻♀️ Everything I researched pointed to a stress-fracture, especially because it gets worse as time goes on and it came out of nowhere, but I will wait and see. 😅 I made my way back home, drank my protein while this was in the freezer, and am STARVING. SO, I know this spread is called for! I am having: a plain 2% Fage Greek yogurt, one baked, cooled, and mashed sweet potato, chia pudding (chia seeds + water),
@traderjoeslist creamy PB, frozen blueberries, @pudelyelizabeth granola, coconut chips, and cinnamon! 👅💦✨ I SERIOUSLY cannot wait to dive into this fuel! As for today, I’m off to enjoy my breakfast, foam-roll (my body is WORKED 🔥), and then get ready to go out and get my weekly shopping done before meal-prep and homework. It’s a rest day, so I’m not too keen on having to sit, but homework isn’t going to do
Itself! Rest is ESSENTIAL if I want to be able to train and perform at my optimum level. Not only that, but my foot is in a lot of pain and pushing it will only knock me down. I CANNOT let that happen. 🙅🏻 I MUST do this if I want my period back, to gain muscle/strength, and promote a healthy relationship with my training and fuel. I MUST EAT IT TO BEAT IT! 👊🏻 Listening to anorexia would be LETTING it kill me and I REFUSE to let that happen. ❌ Here’s to it, you guys! Let me know your plan for the day! ✨
On Sunday I meal prep for the upcoming week. It makes my mornings so much easier if lunch salads are made, breakfast sandwiches are made and frozen , pancakes are cooked and ready to be warmed and fruit salad is made to eat with cereal or oatmeal on rushed mornings. My husband loves anything made with coconut, so I make a batch of this coconut pecan almond granola for him to take to his office and snack on during the week. It is so easy and it costs way less than buying granola at a store. Those prices are ridiculous when you can make it in half an hour at home and you control what goes in it. This recipe calls for coconut oil, maple syrup and a tad bit of sugar to sweeten it up and it is out of this world. Sometimes I add mini chocolate chips or dried pineapple and extra roasted coconut chips, but even without the additions it is a winner!
