Greenwave filters significantly reduce the amount of DIRTY ELECTRICITY (a.k.a., electrical noise, line noise, EMI) present on the wiring in buildings. The less of this erratic energy there is flowing along building wires, the less that will radiate into your environment.
The filters are very easy to use. Simply plug them into electrical outlets and power strips for immediate results. They target a broad range of dirty electricity frequencies, and are both safety certified and RoHS compliant (i.e., free of hazardous substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, and more). Most models include a built-in outlet for plug-through convenience.
Made this young man a promise I would come see him play college ball 3 1/2 years ago. Time, schedule and some other hiccups have not let it work out.
Being a Clemson guy, this would not be a norm. But being a college football fan and a bigger fan of #78 (Super proud of you @zack_bailey78), I took advantage of it. I don’t think he ever believed I was coming. Yesterday I stood on the field during pregame (Thanks Carina in FB Operations) and then waited in the tunnel for him to come back out for kickoff to surprise him. The look on his face was awesome. The hand shake and hug, even more awesome.
Finally, I finished the night off with a giant corn dog from the SC State Fair. My very first game in Williams-Brice and my very first trip to the state fair. #scstatefair#football#as1one#summerville#greenwave#gamecockfootball#surprise
Race 10 of 2018: Simplyhealth Great Birmingham Half Marathon
13.1 miles in the pouring rain!
10 races in the space of 8 months complete; consisting of 7 10k’s and 3 half marathons! This was not a goal/challenge I had set myself at the start of the year but entering race after race soon enough became my (good) addiction. Running has taught me that I am capable of so much more than I had ever imagined and to be my greatest version. Along with it, came all the pain, injuries and frustration that had to be tolerated as well as overcoming that little voice in your head that just wants you to quit.

2018 - my year of running.
