Fat loss for beginners!
7 years ago I lifted my first dumbbell and I did not enjoy it.
I would stay up every night and perform 3 sets of 10 bicep curls in my room and think, this will get me shredded!
At the time, I was moving a lot throughout the day, playing soccer and walking back and forth to school so I didn’t pay as much attention to nutrition because I was burning so much energy throughout the day and never got “fat”. I grew tired and frustrated that all my “perceived” effort was going to waste. A few bicep curls, pushups and sit-ups should get me to that dream body... so I thought.
Looking back, I realised that I was missing a few KEY fundamentals.
One of those fundamentals is accountability, who was I reporting to? Who was I asking for advice? Where was I getting my information from?
I will indicate 2 vital steps for you to GET STARTED. Yes, instead of looking for the perfect program, you need to start immediately.
I will also highlight that every program needs SIMPLE principles.
