Pumpkin soup anyone? I went for a walk with the dog and there’s some allotments along the way. Quite regularly the gardeners leave things in a washing up bowl outside the gates. So good to be creative in the kitchen again! Stepping out of your usual eating routine can be daunting but also so exciting!
Tonight was pasta night in our household so I came up with this yummy #vegan#glutenfree pasta. It was so easy and took me 20 min to make 💃🏼 Recipe below: - boil your pasta
- add your broccoli to the pasta 5min before it is done. When cooked, drain. - add your toppings... I used: > sun dried tomatoes > olives > chickpeas > pesto for sauce - add pumpkin seeds
So yummy and good for you!
