Hatebreed - The Rise Of Brutality🔥🔥🔥 Rarely do I post anything other than lifting recordings, but thought I'd share this one. I know some of my followers are into this type of music, and I've had several questions about the song choices I use for many of my vids. So I thought, "why not?". I like more than just this type if music tho (as you can probably tell from many of my later vids, lol), but this is really at the core of who I am, and where I gather much of my intensity from. I listen to songs from this album every time I deadlift or squat heavy, and have done so for about a year now. The whole album is just a straight up heavy hitter in every way. If you're into hardcore punk-bands, give this one a shot. Despite their band name sounding a bit "aggressive", if you don't know anything about them, they actually have VERY uplifting and positive texts if you listen closely. It's presented in a sort of brutal, desperate way, you could say... Like they've had enough, and this is their voice for standing up. I like it a lot. It's really just an album about believing in yourself, don't give up when going gets rough, living by your values and living with integrity, giving back, helping people and standing up for injustice. It always makes me wake the eff up when I need a mental boost.
I like these songs in particular: - Another Day, Another Vendetta
- Live For This
- This Is Now
- A Lesson Live Is A Lesson Learned

Congratulations to my son/training partner @matt_maldo_ for winning his class at the NPC West Coast show yesterday. He lost the Overall (🤔?) but nevertheless mission accomplished - qualification for the USA 👊🏻💪🏻.
