25.5.18 Two leg workouts squeezed into one day today, only to return to the gym creche to find Cora with a high temp ☹ rushed her home, she had a mild febrile seizure so rushed back into town to doctors. She's tucked up in bed and I'm keeping a close eye on her. I've had enough of our kids being so sick, we need a break 😭

Abs are not made in the kitchen. I rather say: "Abs are developed in the gym and revealed in the kitchen" ☝🏼 The secret to seeing your abs is your nutrition. You will need a low bodyfat % to see your abs. But if your abs are not developed enough, you still won't see very much of them. Therefore you need to train them in the gym and grow you abdominal muscles 💪🏼 And again, this is not something that will happen in 1 week, unfortunately 😪 I train my abs 1-2x a week and don't use any weights, because my goal is not to have a solid 6 pack 😜 How many times a week do you train your abs?
