Just because we all binge at some point doesn't mean we can't beat the bulge.

1.do emotional damage control
2.pick a fall nutrition plan
3.get back in the gym
4.think binge prevention
5. Be kind to yourself
The most important point is that we are all human you shouldn't beat yourself up! Food is there to be enjoyed after all.
I’m sick atm, my mental health isn’t the greatest rn & my partners working away which is fucking up my anxiety lmao so for the next week I’m taking a break from the gym/home workouts to just rest & get myself better. Still drinking heaps of water to flush out these toxins & general yuck-ness (lol) but I feel there’s no use trying to force myself to workout or go to the gym when ultimately I’m just gonna feel worse cos I can hardly breathe as it is lmao 😂 I’ve worked hard for the past month & a bit & I’ll work even harder when I get back into the swing of things next Monday but right now I just need a break 😔
