It's Friday and this is the time of the week that people generally struggle to stay on track with their diet.
Here are a few tips on how to get through the wekend when you know you are going to be eating out:
1. Find your meal ahead of time. See what's on the menu and look up the nutritional information on myfitnesspal.
2. Plan to order what you want. Be nice to yourself but be reasonable at the same time.
3. Make other meals fit. Once you get the macros for the meals in the restaurant use the left over macros for your remaining meals and spread them evenly between them.
4.you will be ok, you don't have to be perfect. Be as accurate as you can

You see me start every day with water... and it’s one of the best little bits of advice I can give you... fuel your body so you’re not dehydrated. Cold water also wakes you up... I dont drink tea or coffee in the morning.. and actually hardly drink it anymore.... rehydrate yourself and it will really help you! ✨👍🏼

Really loving my training at the minute. I’ve got a great balance of weight sessions, yoga, walking, stretch classes and even joined a barre class! Perfect balance between PNS and CNS 😝
Currently on a mini cut with @ollie_fitness before a nice bit of ‘improvement Work’ over the winter (bulking on Soreen obviously 🙄😂) then excited for the big reveal next spring. I’ve got so many plans I’m not sure which I’m doing first, but I’m excited and ready to smash it!
I’ve had quite a productive week at the gym but I’ve also been really discouraged. Mainly because I know how far I should’ve been considering how long ago I started my gym memberships and the amount of money I’ve spent on supplements. I got to a low point and that helped me identify my poor habits... and discipline to a workout regime and meal plan along with rest showed to be my weakest points.
