ACTIVe REST DAY
Rest day doesn’t necessarily mean you should sit around doing nothing. I like to do some cardio on my rest days to help keep my weekly calorie deficit in check. You can also do other workouts, such as going on a hike or bike ride. If your body is feeling overly drained, take the day completely off, but if your energy levels are good, a day off from lifting doesn’t have to be a day off from fitness.

Had fun at my competition. I didn’t place where I wanted to but shit that happens. You win some and you lose some. You got to keep moving forward in your journey and not let shit get to you. I got to meet @nunez3dmj and the other coaches from @team3dmj and tried not to fan girl to hard 🤣. And @thebreazyway @haeberlemary and I was there holding down team Max @gym_o_holic. Thanks to everyone who showed me love and support I really appreciate it!! And I am forever grateful to my coach @gym_o_holic who continues to put up with me 🤣🤣.
