Just because we eat it, does not mean we need to. We are sold animal protein in such unhealthy qualities and quantities. We definitely don’t need meat in every meal. Going 100 to 0 is challenging. I’m calling you to reduce your animal protein intake. If you currently eat animal protein 3x a day, reduce to 1. If you eat it 1x a day, reduce to every other day. Every time you choose vegetarian/vegan you are saving the life of another being, while aiding to the health of your life. You can do it! Sometimes, regardless of our beliefs, love, fitness, health, education, money and status, life becomes unpredictable, the odds not favourable and the statistics not on our side.
What makes a difference, is the loved ones who are by our side every step of the way, throughout the hard journey.
No matter what we believe in, we need to be thankful for any good fortune we have and extend our help to the ones who may need it more.
I believe God is with me every step of the way and I have been given the gift of the love of my wonderful man who does not leave my side.
My father used to tell me “We need to love each other whilst we are living because when we are gone, it does not matter anymore”
Let’s love one another, extend it to others,stay strong, keep smiling and be peaceful, let’s not allow the malicious people consume our mind as they will destroy themselves at the end.
