These outdoor circuits are NO JOKE fam🙅🏼♀️.... By far the BEST leg burn I’ve had in a hot minnn🔥I highly suggest hitting up your high school bleachers next time your wanting to get your cardio in 😅💦I’ve been enjoying a switch in my workouts while traveling! It always feels so good to push myself a little harder and get out of my comfort zone!! This ones a booty kicker and had be out of breathe and donzoooo BUT it felt AMAZING 🍑
Go through circuit 5x with no rest between exercises and minimal rest between rounds.🔄
🌟Side to Side V UPS- 10 reps each side
🌟In and Out Crunches- 20 reps
🌟Tricep Dips- 20 reps
🌟Decline Push UPS- 15 reps .
🌟Squat Hops Up the Stairs- 50 reps
🌟Jog back down .
🌟Lunge right leg- all the way up
🌟Jog back down
🌟Lunge left leg- all the way up
🌟Jog back down
🌟Sprint all the way up the jog back down 2x
