In the past humans were hunter/gathers for thousands of years and would go multiple days without eating. Over time our bodies adapted to this. So basically instead of eating 3 meals a day, try eating 1. This is also known as “intermittent fasting”. By giving a longer time in between your meals you not only get extremely lean but your body also runs a lot more efficiently.

Look at that precious baby in my arms. Isnt she adorable? As a mom, i have more responsibility than just work. Or just fitness. Or school. I have all of those, AND this angel. And shes looking up to me all the time. Shes watching everything i do, and shes learning. I am her biggest example, and i know i have to teach her. I have to teach her to love and respect herself. I have to teach her right from wrong, and how to live righteously. Its my responsibility to show her how she should be treated and how to love and appreciate her body and not abuse it. I hope to show her that our body is beautiful, and we have to take care of it, but love it regardless. -
