First day being back in a routine = first day in awhile eating consistent meals throughout the day. Excited to take on fall and everything it has in store. Before today, I was dreading starting school back up. But now, on my way home, I’m reminding myself to soak in every bit of my senior year and enjoy it while it’s here. Can’t believe I’ll be done with my undergrad in less than a year. 🤯

We got to meet so many people from UCSF Health who work incredibly long shifts and often don't have time for breaks and eating proper meals.⠀
We were always met with caution and skepticism - doesn't every food company try to market themselves as nutritious or healthy?! It was the most incredible feeling to see their surprised expressions seeing that we don't use corn oil, soy, maltodextrin, and artificial sweeteners. 😮 Even better to see heads nodding when they find out that we use macadamia, coconut, and chia! 🤗⠀
Doing things differently from the rest isn't exactly a cake walk for us, but it's so rewarding to have a meal we're proud of. One that we can stand behind.⠀
