On this International Day of Yoga, I’m reflecting on how yoga is changing my life. Although meditation became a part of my life, I had never been able to take to yoga in all these years for reasons I do not know. But now, after birthing a baby when my joints and muscles are screeching for relief, it happens to be the most natural form of surrender, for the body that has only known cardio and HIIT to be the most ideal forms of exercise. To breathe in postures (or situations) that cause temporary discomfort (sadness) - this is Life! But IF you find solace in those situations or run from them, is what decides the quality of your life. .
