Are you consistent?
Consistency is one of the hardest things a person can do. Consistency takes grit, elbow grease and discipline. But over time it’s worth it.
To be consistent you should follow these tips;
Have a plan - outsource if you can, know your objective and break down your goals.
Feelings are temporary and subjective - remember that!
Do one thing at a time and reward yourself at first so it will become a habit!
Traveling with Pain
Sometimes I have to travel.... A LOT. In these cases I don't always bring my capsules as I have early rising and lots of flying or driving. I actually love this about my business. I love connecting with people from all over and learning about there stories. But my pain doesn't change... as I'm sure some can relate and often times it's much more aggravated. In those moments I'm full of gratitude at having these 2 tools that are lightweight and easy to pack.
Deep Blue Polyphenol complex: What's a polyphenol you ask ... well it's this really interesting part of plants that we actually know very little about. But... we know they stimulate a reaction in our cells. Many foods contain different ones. Lutein for example is becoming more popular and we understand it affects our eyesight. The deep blue supplement has ingredients like turmeric powder and Pomegranate seed...(sound familiar... it's what I make my oil capsule with)
Deep Blue Rub: I'd say this is one of DoTERRA's most popular products.. possibly the most popular because it's had quite a bit of media attention from professional athletes. It's effective combination of camphor, wintergreen, german chamomile, osmanthis, peppermint, helychrism and blue tansy make it the perfect synergy of inflammation support, soothing support and accelerated cell healing support. There is a reason all those athletes love it!
"A child is closer to life than you are. When a child comes to your life it is time to relearn life not to teach them your ways."
Here Maria first time taught me to love a tree and say hello when coming to kindergarten and named it Huggie :) when she was 2 years old...After Maria came in my life, I have first time been open to yoga that opened new doors in my life. Begin to appreciate and love nature. Saw more sunrises and sunsets than ever before. Restarted skiing. Went back to ride a horse. Visited more countries. Made more amazing friends. Laughed more. Loved more.
In fact, when Maria was born I had the revelation that was painful and awesome same time that only now I experienced true love, like a divine love. If you can love one in a divine way, without attachment and control, without submission and forgetting yourself it means you can love more like this.
Let's learn from our children!
****November 14th**** Today I am Thankful for: 40 Wonderful Years!
It seems 40 is as good an age as any to step back and reflect a little. What is working? What isn’t? What have I learned? Where have I been? Where am I going? What would I change?
It’s a lot to reflect upon.
I have everything a girl could want at 40:
🌟A life partner that makes me feel supported and loved in every part of my life. 🌟Kids who are kind, open minded, and making their way in the world.
🌟Parents who love and support me unconditionally.
🌟A tribe of friends who love me for who I am and challenge me to become a better person every day.
That’s the list right? Wrong!
At 40, I also have scars that reflect battles won and lost, and insight that can only be gained through living a real life!
There’s no fairy tale going on over here. The list above only tells the story that I want the world to see. The truth is, I’ve had all of those things in my life for a very. In my 20’s, in my 30’s. and now going into my 40’s, but what has changed most in the space between 30 and 40, was my relationship with ME.
It wasn’t until I started to connect to myself that my life really began to change for the better. I work hard at my relationships with others, but I also work very hard at my relationship with myself.
I know I am a work in progress, and I’m constantly trying to better myself through self reflection and a healthy mind.
I don’t have the big house with the white picket fence, a high powered career, or a retirement plan, but what I do have is a true grasp of my identity. I know with zero doubt, who I am. I am so connected and aligned with my true self that I follow my intuition in every way, even when I'm scared, and I trust my natural guidance system without question.
Instead of gathering material things and a bank account full of money, I have collected people and experiences. My life is so full of laughter, love, and real shit that I can’t possibly imagine it getting better in the next 10 years!
So cheers to having all the knowledge of 40, but still feeling like I’m 25!!!
🌚 Moon Circle 🌚
Join myself and Justine (@eastlondonreiki ) in Islington to gather in sacred circle under the December New Moon. Connecting to our third eye centre, we will use our breath to open and awaken this wondrous space within us all 🌬
This is a multidimensional healing event designed to deepen your connection to Source and raise your vibration. Drawing upon our combined expertise in Aromatherapy and Energy, Sound + Crystal Healing we will lovingly guide you through meditation and voice on a journey inwards. 🧘♀️🧘♂️
Upon arrival you will be gifted a crystal and a blend of essential oils to be used during our time together and beyond. Together we will hold space for you to release all that is no longer serving you and to welcome in that which will accelerate your growth.
We will focus our work on the ‘Third Eye’ which is a Tanden point, one of three ‘Diamonds’ in the Japanese energy body. Located around the third eye chakra this is our container for inspiration, where we see clearly that we are all divinely connected. •
Our intention is to help you to explore and awaken this untapped part of yourself - gently bringing more light and sparkle back into your life! ✨

It was actually really fun to write.💃 And, if you read it, maybe it can make you think about some of your less-appealing characteristics too (in a light, loving, accepting sort of way, of course).😍⠀
