How’s the view outside my door? 🚪 although I was sweaty and ready for my protein shake I decided to add in a bit of abs before I went inside 💪🏽 if only I knew how to do ANYTHING yoga I’d give it a whirl. Will look into some simple moves to try on another day 😬 #nofilter
We are trialling two fun new HIIT classes from @radicalfitnesscentral next week 💪 ELEVEN will be held at 10am on Monday 24 September and HYPER C will be held at 12:15 on Tuesday 25 September. Try them both and tell us which is your favourite! 😉 .
Day 250 - Rest Day
Hard to believe that it’s been 250 days in a row that I’ve been doing this! It’s been an awesome journey.
Today sucked, this past week has been one of the worst weeks for my right forearm. I ordered some wrist straps that will hopefully help with some wrist pain!
I’m praying that over time this pain will go away, but we’ll see.
Right Now... We have exactly 3 pairs of our size large knee high compression socks and less than 10 pairs of each of everything else left!
Much of our Amazon stock... Prime... Is low too!
