If you went into your kitchen right now, are there a ton of temptations waiting for you?
In my kitchen, I know I have a small bag of chocolate chips that might tempt me to indulge a little bit. Other than that, pretty much everything else in my fridge, freezer, & pantry is healthy. You won't find chips, cookies, soda, or ice cream in my kitchen. 🍨🍪🍩🎂 You'll find veggies, fruit, eggs, beans, whole grains, lean meat, etc. 🥦🧀🍳🍇
I don't buy unhealthy food because then I know I'll EAT unhealthy food. Since my kitchen is filled with goodness, when my crappy food cravings strike, I've ALREADY taken away from myself the chance to indulge. Be proud of your grocery cart. Be proud of your grocery belt. Be proud of your pantry. Buy things that won't make you splurge & feel guilty later. Buy real food ➡️ eat real food. 🥕🍅🥑🍌🥦🌶️
