19 April 2018 the day before the actual graduation ceremony where I presented my work to the Faculty of Veterinary Science as well as friends and family. When they came, it was more of a thank you from my part because they literally wiped tears from my face and even listened to me cry over the phone. Tears were foreign to my system until I learned that it's okay to cry. The best gift I have ever cherished in my journey is the power of a hug because sometimes a hug has more meaning than words. Thank you so much for an ear when I needed it. Thank you for being a moonlight on my darkest nights. Most importantly thank you for your time. I'll forever be grateful that you listened to me, supported and encouraged me. I love you💞
When you get a good report, get in the car and have a WHOLE motivational chat in 20 minutes on fast forward!! The blessing of support!! Thanks NDM... and those I couldn't have possibly taken pics with yesterday...Carol Ann, Pookie..Kindy😍😍 my silent prayer warriors Yvonne and my Texas Boo Kathi. My Mommy for putting the bat signal in the sky when she knew I needed a life-line. The battle is not over but we are standing firm on our faith!!! Keep my Daddy in your prayers💜 #HugsHeal#PrayersPrevail#BetterIsBETTER#ProgressNotPerfection
You never know where your smile takes you. Big smile and big hug from @anan_t9 who walked pass and share a hug with us. After multiple attempts, Anand took charge and succeed at taking our hug photos. The pic I took was all blurry. I must learn not to laughed too much 😅🤣👌
I took Joaquin for his first hug from Amma yesterday 🌸 He was such a champ! We were there from 11 till 6pm and it was such a magical day ✨ I think he was really intrigued that someone travels the world bringing hugs, love, peace, and chocolate 🍫 So worth that squeeeeze and little Hershey’s kiss 💋 "Don't be discouraged by your incapacity to dispel darkness from the world. Light your little candle and step forward.” #amma#huggingsaint#hugsheal#love#beauty#darshan#peace
Anyone else need a hug today? 💞 Sweet synchronicity sure seems to enjoy making me smile. While writing about chanting and mantras in my book, we found this rock at our local park so I got to write about it. 📝
Excerpt from my book: "My son, Evan, said, “That sounds kind of like your mantra, Mom.” He knows how much I love hugs throughout the day! My other son, Drew, said, “It’s a momtra!” I love how the painted rock prompted the conversation, which is a blessing to me now. I’m glad my boys think of me that way. I love sharing this memory with them. I don’t recall having discussed mantras with them before, though we may have. What mantras would you like others to associate with you?" 💞
I do LOVE hugs! I'm sending you a virtual hug today and inviting you to give yourself a sweet embrace, too. #selflovehug 💞
I enjoyed a conversation about affirmations with fellow author @angel_angles_101 Janette Stuart. You can see the video at ThriveTrue.com/yes and we're GIVING AWAY a copy of each of our books, too! 📚🎁😊 .
