S I Z E Z E R O #goals ?! [read below]
Millenials might not appreciate the time 'Size 0' was the 'in thing' and emaciated women were looked up to as ACTUAL bodygoals.
I THOUGHT Being skinny would be the answer and maybe I'll FINALLY be fanciable 🙄 but I learned skinny is not the way of life and Im not okay with hunger pains. -
It's taken years to learn how my body responds to food and training and I've made MANY mistakes which has put me on extreme ends of the BMI scale. -
By best advice to anyone starting out in fitness is this; 🔑 LEARN the basics of nutrition and what 'Clean eating' means. 🔑 START Where you are, with what you have.
🔑 INCREASE your water intake I drink up to 6L a day.
🔑 WATCH how others train and trial it for a few weeks- Find what WORKS for you.
🔑 WORK at your own pace//this is YOUR body. 🔑 Document your progress- its so easy to lose sight.
Find a lifestyle you enjoy, if you don't like lifting weights- dont lift weights. Find a sport or class or active hobby you can stick to. Your body will reflect your lifestyle, just give it time, some passion and LOTS of love.
