have you ever felt like “I can’t” limits you? I do 🙋♀️ one of my goals this year is to release my fear and step into the unknown without resistance. I love yoga because it helps you deal with “I can’t” on the mat so that you CAN in life ✨ also compass was a cant for a long time sooooo... 🤷♀️

Twist, so you can feel freedom when you unfurl, cross over so you can remember how good it feels to just be straight, look up so you can remember that, as above so below... It’s the place in between all of these, the centered, middle ground that we crave. However, it’s also relevant to experience the formers! The discomfort and fear allows and encourages growth. It’s in the deep valleys that there is lush growth; it’s in the darkest nights where you will find the brightest stars! Go there, fly, bend! Should you break, remind yourself that you are strongest in the places where you have been broken...eventually eventually...Trust...then surrender...🙏🏼🙌🏼💗 .
