I remember when this use to be my jam. I related to it but saying I was waiting for my moment.
Then I realized that if I wanted that moment, I had to go get it. .
If you want something you have to go make it happen. Don’t wait for that “moment” or “your chance”.
Want to lose weight? Then go make it happen. Stop making excuses. It’s not going to just magically happen. Do the work. Go get it. . .
Don’t like your job? Then increase your value. Perfect your craft. Learn and improve everyday. .
When you stop waiting for your “moment” and go get it, that’s when good shit happens. Go get it done!

How often when someone is negative, nasty and horrible to you, do you feel the need to try and explain yourself?
Right there you are giving them the green light to treat you that way. People will test you .. they will see what they can get away with .. and if you allow them to get away with it, then you just made it acceptable for them to treat you that way.
Some people will push your buttons when they see that you react. The minute you stop reacting, there is no payoff for them. It’s no longer fun. 🤷🏻♀️
You hold the power on how others treat you. You have control over what is acceptable behavior, and teach people how to treat you. So increase your self worth. I guarantee you’re undervaluing yourself. You are extremely valuable and people need to know it! 🔥
People always ask me, “what is it that you actually do?” Well. . . I bring VALUE to the marketplace and train others to do so as well. Not in just one industry, but in multiple industries that I believe are high in demand and that actually helps people. People who become high value assets are those who identify a category of people and deploy all their attention and gifts to that niche. They provide solutions for that niche market and before you know it, their value increase and people in other similar niche markets began to appreciate them as high value assets.
It is called the niche and scale principle.
That's what Mark Zuckerberg used when he first developed the Facebook app. He niched it to his fellow classmates in Harvard, then scaled it to the entire school community in Harvard. Now Facebook has taken the world and has increased in market value.
Before thinking of taking the world, you must identify the niche whose problems you are wired to solve first. When you have dominated that niche with results, taking the world will be walk over for you as long as you remain known for your solutions.

Today I began photographing the kitchen remodel for this young millennial couple that wants to get rid of the granite and dark cabinets. Everything is in perfect shape so it's a total personal style makeover. Open white cabinets are needed, carrara marble and a colorful backsplash. I'll be posting before and afters. But now it is the fun part. Product selection. Look at their cute dining room. (They do need a new bar cart.)😁
