Up so early this morning while the entire house slept, I went to work. Getting back on track after holiday??
Too be honest for me there’s no such things as getting back on track because if you’ve went on holiday and had fun then to me that’s staying on track and doing the right thing!!
Don’t beat yourself up when you come back from holiday!! I was expecting myself to do that but when I realised hardly anything changed I relaxed and now my whole mindset surrounding fitness has changed for the better!! I finally feel happy with it and myself. I don’t have to work out 5/6 times a week if I don’t want to!! I can enjoy the pizza!! It won’t do anything!! Go and enjoy yourselves!! That’s when you know you are living life right!! If you’re constantly worrying about what you’re going to eat or when your next workout is it’s gonna drain you and you will never enjoy that❤️
It's so calming for me to hear Candice's voice, so relaxing for me to stare at her beautiful body and so addicting for me to not spend more than a few minutes while I'm awake without seeing a picture of her to just love her for being so caring towards others. Her personality is just so perfect and the beauty she naturally has just makes her shine, it's something special that I just can't get enough of, but at the same time, always seeming to get the perfect amount no matter what.
