3 km corriendo "a ritmo suave", como dicen much@s corredor@s por aquí. Un ritmo que a mí me saca los hígados 😂😂😂.
El resto de km me disponía a hacerlos con mis recientes compañeras de caminata, pero una se ha ido de cumple y la otra se me ha "accidentado" cuando llevábamos 2 km (cúrate esas heridas @anaisabellopezprado 🤗😘). Así es que he corrido 4 km y he hecho cacos los dos últimos.
Estupendo para mi reto del mes #250km_julio_clogar 🚶🏃🚶, del que ya llevo 150 km.

⛰Wow what a day,🤪woke up at 3:45 to drive into @glaciernps & get to Logan’s Pass before sunrise 🌅, encountered big horn 🐑 sheep right in the parking lot pre- run!
Made a quick cup of coffee in the jet boil before setting if running this spectacular trail... this trail you guys is the trail that made us fall so deeply in love 😍 with this incredible sport of #trailrunning - the community, the mountains, the wildness, the solitude and the company we have together out there on the trails with our friends is just THE BEST!
