“I really like living in Antwerp, it’s one of Belgium’s finest cities, where so much has happened in the country’s history. It is also one of Europe’s largest ports, it attracts a lot of foreigners and there is always something going on” Tap the link in bio to discover some hidden gems in Antwerps presented by @VincentVanDuysen

Den lilla möbeln var ett målningsuppdrag sedan tidigare, då jag använde Florence och Emperors Silk.
People ask me all the time ‘do you not miss Canada?’ Of course I miss family and friends but what I miss the most is how homes are built with storage in Canada. The home I moved here from had, get this... 11 built-in closets and a built-in pantry! Three of those were linen closets, not a hot press with 1.5 shelves to squish all your bed sheets and towels into. Ahh that gives me a girl hardon thinking about it! That there folks is mommy porn! What I wouldn’t give to have a quarter of that storage here in my uk standard built home with zero closets or storage. I ask people, ‘where do you put this?’ The loft. ‘Where do you put that?’ ‘The loft’. ‘And this...?’ ‘The loft’. 🙄 And the cost of buying wardrobes and squishing it into an already small room, inevitably by a stupidly-placed radiator, infuriates me. You don’t miss what you’ve never had... for example, I’m fine without, umm... 🤔 can’t think of anything. See, it’s what you’ve had that has been taken away that you miss. But in the meantime I love my home and making a home. I love the challenges it gives me to make it work for me and my kids. I’m an interior junkie. So when you don’t have a pantry you get out your lovely green tin and Orla Kiely bowls and decant. Decant decant decant. The end. .
