Do you have problems with diet ??
If you’re feeling a bit, at the moment I’ve thought of a couple of things we can do to fix up our diets and stick to it. -
1️⃣ write down your goals and what you want to achieve. Make note of foods that are relevant to your goals and slot them into a weekly plan of meals.
2️⃣ Sounds so simple but is super effective - rid your cupboards of the bad stuff. If it’s not there, there’s no temptation!
3️⃣ hold yourself accountable via tracking your macros or keep a diary!
4️⃣ be realistic with your meal plans, choose foods you LIKE that are healthy/nutritious! Opting for something unsustainable will simply result in binging! -
So going to do all of this and starting tomorrow! ♥️♥️♥️

Day 1 of Snickers Marathon training! 🙌🏼 On the treadmill thanks to crazy rain today AND already off-plan (but for good reason)! My @run4prs plan called for a 2-mile time trial today, BUT I’m racing that 10-miler on Saturday, so I’m gonna keep it easy in the meantime. (Plus I have that recent 10k result I can use to plug in my paces. 😊) My weekly mileage has been in the 30s for a few weeks now, I’ve been running faster than I ever have, and I am by far the fittest I’ve ever been 16 weeks out from a marathon (especially the last one, lol). I’m so excited to train hard and see what I can do!
✨ Let's train.
✨ Stamina, Speed, Strength, Skill and Spirit.
✔️ Nothing better than swimming outside in the sun 🙌🏽🏊🏼♀️💕Count down is on to my first race of the season next weekend at @qldtriseries Kawana race 😬.
The intention: 6 miles @ GMP. The reality: 6 miles @ 26 seconds faster per mile than GMP.
I started too fast, and I spent the whole run trying to slow down. I mean, yeah, it’s possible I’m in better shape than I thought, but my bigger concern is that I’m going to go out way too fast at CIM, blow up early, and ruin my race.
Winter is settling in. 20 degrees real feel & baby girl was warm the entire run. 🏃🏻♀️ This @joovy cover is working!
I had zero motivation today- I wanted to get out there but 1. I didn’t want to be cold. 2. I didn’t want baby girl to be cold. 3. Running is hard work and I didn’t want to do hard work.
We all have different goals, and mine change regularly.. but as my sister pointed out. You want your running to change, you have to push out of your comfort zone. My mantra today- get uncomfortable, be uncomfortable, it’s okay to be uncomfortable. Hills and work.. but I did it. Stroller running is no joke. 5 stroller miles, 8:50 pace. A few stops to care for baby girl— and this photo. 😉 82 miles to go for 1000 for the year. 🏃🏻♀️#catholicwomenrun#strollerrun#runallthemiles#runchat
Not doing much exciting lately, other than working on muscle control and balance. I wish I had the knowledge about the importance of single leg exercises before. Then again, behind every succes there is a failure at first. 👌
Investering i ettbeinsøvelser er ganske så lurt. Balanse, stabilitet, hurtighet, koordinasjon, skadeforebygging. Du får alt disse med på kjøpet! 😉💡 (Øvelsen jeg viser er også perfekt som oppvarming før kondisjons- eller styrketrening.) .
