Some Saturday fall morning cauliflower oats. I’ve been OBSESSED with cauli oats lately. I have a tendency to get low blood sugar shortly after normal oats, but with cauliflower I feel fuller for a lot longer. It also is a TON of volume so I feel like I’m getting a lot of food. And, it leaves me with some carbs for things like sautéed apples 🍎. Costco sells organic riced cauliflower that is awesome. Super good, healthy, easy, and sets you up for a successful Saturday. Weekends aren’t excuses to go bat 💩. Definitely a couple treats if you want, but don’t let a treat become a free for all that makes it hard to get back on track come Monday!
1 cup cauliflower oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1 serving protein powder
Pumpkin or apple pie seasoning
Sautéed apples (apples, butter, cinnamon, stevia)
Cook cauliflower on stovetop is best, then top with apples and peanut butter! I used @legendaryfoods Apple pie which made it like 10x better!

Add more seafood to your diet can be great as items like shrimp contain essential fatty acids, iodine and selenium. Shrimp is also low in fat and a high complete protein source.
Seafood is easily digested. This is a great low carb option for those who prefer this style of eating.
Zoodles are also one of the quickest ways to cook vegetables and is one of the reasons I love this method.
This was all cooked in one pan on a wok. Cooked under 15 minutes. Double up the recipe to serve more.
1 tbsp extra olive oil or avocado oil
1 large courgette / zucchini
Large handful of kale or other fibrous green
1 plum tomato
175 grams wild tiger prawns (I do not consume farmed fish! Usually contaminated and are fed antibiotics! Save money and buy frozen wild shrimp)
1. Preheat pan to medium add 1/2 tbsp of the oil.
2. Add the spiralised courgette and sauté for 5 mins until softened.
3. Add the kale and continue until softened.
4. Remove the veggies from pan.
5. Add the other 1/2 tbsp oil. Add the prawns and cook until cooked through approx 4 mins.
6. Remove from heat.
7. Prep the tomato + avocado
8. plate up and enjoy.

Not the best lighting but after work last night we all went for a meal at a portuguese restaurant. I went for the skewered monkfish and king prawns on the recommendation of my manager... very tasty 👌🏼 (as was the red portuguese wine 😏)
