Yes I made my own labne cheese with my own homemade yoghurt! So easy and very rewarding. #homemade#handmadecheese
I used the recipe below but I rolled some in a spice blend (chilli, paprika & cumin) & I rolled some in freshly chopped parsley with a splash of lemon juice. I left some plain. I made 3 jars and added pepper corn, garlic, bay leaves and olive oil to the jars.
I strained the whey by sitting the yoghurt in a hemp nut milk bag inside a colander over a large bowl. I left it for 36 hours in the fridge, rolled into balls and left it in the fridge for another 2 hours. It lasted for 2 weeks and then it was all gone 😢
