J'ai (enfin) été à la salle aujourd'hui, petite séance jambes qui m'a bien piquée🔥J'ai augmenté ma charge à la presse (cap des 50kg passé 🎉) et au leg curl donc je suis contente 😄
En rentrant je me suis fait un de mes goûters pré-fé-rés que je vous ai pris en photo: de la nicecream 🍦avec de la banane 🍌 et de la protéine en poudre au chocolat de chez @nu3_fr 🍫(d'ailleurs j'en ai presque plus 😭)

Leg day this morning... included these front squats... 4sets of 12 @ 40kg... need to work on getting my elbows higher! Love these but so uncomfortable on the wrists!

After a year of trialing diets, I finally found one that works for me.. @sculptedby_mona knows the struggles I’ve been through after having my second child. With the proper diet (finally), beast mode in the gym (nothing new)and consistency (always); change will come, inches will fall off.. I never left the gym.. working out is my hobby, my therapy .. my drug of choice ( and I’m licensed to prescribe 😉). But with all jokes aside this is only the beginning. Here is a little complex I came up with playing around with the band one day.
Really simple but effective way of getting those quads and glutes fired up. 🍑
I like to use this before a workout as part of a warm-up/activation or at the end as a burn out/finisher. 😜👍
