That golden hour. 🌅
I often look at these high rise condos and think of all the people who make their home in them. The stories they have to tell, and the lives they live. People are moving to large cities faster than ever in history. City infrastructures can’t keep up. Despite being surrounded by millions of other people, meaningful human connections are harder to build and maintain, and the sense of community can be non-existence. We are building more and more externally - becoming a giant monotonous blur, consuming technology and social media at such high rates; but we can’t disconnect and forget about the individuals in our immediate surrounding. At the end of our day, whether we live in a bustling city or a quiet rural mountain village, our most felt needs are the same. Don’t forget to stop, take in your surrounding, and be present.
