Apple cinnamon and raisin weetabixs with soya light 😱👀💕 these are amazing!! found them in my local spar shop in my village on my way home from work, I’m so happy I brought them only 1.79£, I’m literally a weetabix addict (I have a serious problem I’m ashamed of)🤦🏻♀️

I’ve always been curious about aquafaba and the wonder that everyone claims that it is. The problem is that I never had any around when I could experiment with it (I now know that you can freeze it for storage #protip 😉 lol). Anyway, the stars aligned and I had some aquafaba, plus all the ingredients, plus an amazing recipe to make the PERFECT VEGAN BROWNIE. These come out fudgy, super moist, and flaky on top! Like a “real” brownie!! All thanks to this wonderful ingredient. I am now an aquafaba ambassador. And to think of all the times I just threw that precious liquid away 😱!! This brownie is also a healthier option than your average brownie: no oil, it uses coconut sugar instead of regular sugar, and just 1/3 cup of flour for the whole batch! I used whole grain spelt flour. Plus, it’s extremely rich on account of the dark chocolate... yum! The recipe is from @thehealthyhunter, and it will be down in the comments. You’re welcome! 😋🙌🏼

Enjoying #toasttuesday with all the color🌈 I can find on yet another grey and rainy day☔️. I knew it would be a good idea to make a pretty in pink beet hummus 💖 (recipe in the bio) as soon as I saw the weather forecast (as if I needed an excuse 😎). Here’s to keeping in colorful!
On @happycampersgf good seedy bread🍞, toasted, I added a layer of my beet hummus💖, avocado slices🥑, cucumber stars🥒, slivered watermelon 🍉and daikon radish, roasted chickpeas, pea shoots 🌱, and a sickle pear sliced🍐. Have a great day!
The picture might not be gorgeous but this morning I made matzoh brei with all bran buds, almond milk and egg whites… Also added a splash of cinnamon. Mix that altogether and put it over the stove until it looked ready. Served with some syrup and oh my was good
