Similar words were spoken in yoga class tonight and I think this is something we all need to remind ourselves of more often. For some reason I woke up full of energy and excitement, even though I only got a 5 hour sleep!
Something about decorating for Christmas, yummy diffuser blends & pot roasts have me all excited.
Today I jumped on the blog to share a bit about our Dishwasher that we’ve been using for 3 months now. I mean, if thirty doesn’t scream ‘old’, being excited over a dishwasher DOES.

Cooking has become therapeutic for me when I'm having a hard day. Don't get me wrong, I love a good workout to torch that bad feeling but cooking definitely has my heart these days. November 11th is a hard day every year. One, I am thankful for everyone who serves or has served our country. But, today is also my Meme's birthday.. she passed away when I was 12 or 13. I miss her like crazy and wish she was still here so we could lay in bed and she could tell me all her crazy life stories. Call your grandparents (or your loved ones in general) often, tell them how much you love and appreciate them💛
Today's mantra: "Everything is going to be okay, take a deep breath, and smile."
Positive: I got so much done today! Washed AND folded laundry, got groceries, meal prepped, and now I'm a blob. I really feel like I could use a workout though .. maybe a run.
Prep: Buffalo chicken bites, egg salad (for sandwiches), pumpkin muffins, quinoa, meat balls, and a big salad.
