Unable to get down to my regular gym this morning, so popped over the the local halo leisure centre for a quick deload session. Worked up to 120kg for 3x5 and then for some short and sharp assistance work done.
Also, shoulder is finally feeling strong enough to pull my fat ass up again!! Man have I missed doing these! 2x5 and 1x6. Slight pain but noting major. Will continue with the rehab and hopefully it’ll be 💯 in no time at all! 🤞🏼
