I know I haven’t posted in a while but honestly there isn’t actually too much of a change, like I’ve told many of ya that if anything I’ve only gotten worse.. still have no appointment for the pains team so I decided to email my acc case manager today bcause I am done, I am drained, I am sore, I am over it!! I want to be me, myself 100% I know it’s about learning and managing also but I also know there is something not right with my body. Always trying to stay positive & yes it can be extremely hard but what else can you do?. I feel for friends and family having to watch me go through this. I deal with a range of symptoms in a day which can be a bit much & can go from one extreme to the next. She did get back in touch to state she would get in touch with a lower grade pains team to see if they could further assist. I received a call today from the lower grades pain team and now have an appointment to see them. At first this will just be a assessment which can take up to 2 hours and then will go onto what team will be best to see me and work through until (TARPS) the higher pains team have an appointment for me. So even though I am still waiting at least this team may be able to make life manageable until then. I just think it’s crazy when I even have private medical insurance and still am kindr waiting around. Again I’m not meaning to sound like I’m asking for sympathy bcause I really am not. I’m telling my story & sharing what I’m currently going through. I am however doing all I can on my end to help get me through. Yes it’s hard but I can’t do much more than what I am currently.
