This is what my Mexican food looks like 💪🏼Absolutely delicious. My fitness journey started back in February 2018. I say REAL because it was actually the first time that I took eating healthy and exercise really seriously. It was a time in my life when I stepped on the scale and said - what the fuck?! 😱 That was actually the results of lots of traveling and eating new foods, lots of “allowing to treat myself just this one time” bullshit that we often tell ourselves... the weight from all the delicious pastries, carbs, wines, beers and chocolates from my beloved Europe added onto the baby weight that hadn’t come off completely and I was going down on a very scary rabbit hole. It was time to get my shit together and really tackle a different life, but like - REALLY! That’s when my friend told me about @whole30 and how great she was feeling. After being super curious about her lifestyle change I finally gave it a try and never looked back! 30 days turned into 60, 90, and now I am proudly on my 8th MONTH of whole 30 lifestyle and have lost over 45lbs! I vowed to myself that I wanted to take my body to a whole new level and that I would exercise every single day. And it has been like that ever since and I feel amazing. My exercise routines consist of cardio and strength as well as CrossFit. Which made me truly love weight lifting and I take what I learn at the box to the gym every day. I eat healthy 99% of the week, allowing myself to 1 cheat meal on the weekend. That’s very important for in order to keep my sanity and also to celebrate how far I’ve come. I have developed a great relationship with food and I am so thankful for this mindset that has taken over my life. My kids see me cook and exercise and they get inspired. I don’t do this for myself, nor for the body I really want and that I am working my ass off to get, but I do this for them! Because I wanted them to see that mommy never gave up and achieved her goals and helped a lot of people along the way! That’s the reasoning behind it! Muhteşem bir oyuncu kadrosuyla seyirci beğenisine sunulacak Şahin Tepesi'nin hazırlıkları hızlandı. atv'nin heyecanla beklenen yeni dizisinin çekimleri başladı.
Çok yakında izleyiciyle buluşacak olan dizinin yönetmen koltuğunda Hilal Saral otururken senaristliğini Melek Gençoğlu üstlenmekte.
Dizinin oyuncu kadrosunda ise usta oyuncular Zerrin Tekindor, Ebru Özkan, Murat Aygen, Esra Dermancıoğlu'nun yanı sıra genç yetenekler Boran Kuzum, Aybüke Pusat, Leyla Tanlar ve Mustafa Mert Koç yer alıyor.
Şahin Tepesi birbirlerinin hayatından çalan iki kadının güç savaşını ve bu savaşın ortasında kalan iki gencin aşkları için verdikleri mücadeleyi anlatacak.
