Lindsey Vonn, an Olympic gold medalist, turns 33 today! In addition to being the first American woman ever to win gold in Downhill Alpine Skiing, Lindsey has won 20 other awards while competing. In 2013, Vonn was badly injured while competing leading her to sit out for most of the year and the 2014 Olympics. In December 2014, in only her second race back, Lindsey won the Women’s World Cup and shortly after held the record for most World Cup wins ever. Flash forward four years and Lindsey once again became an Olympic medalist, winning the bronze in women’s downhill. When interviewed after the competition, she said “I never gave up. I kept working hard and I’m really proud of this medal.” Happy birthday, Lindsey!
Today is Lindsey Vonn's birthday. She is a great athlete with a past press that never unequaled, the American to win a medal at the games Olympics in 2018 and two medals at the Olympic Games in Vancouver in 2010. Lindsey is four lengths behind the record of Ingemark Stenmark. the Swede at the 86 of victories has so far never been beaten. Lindsey is 82 victories, and she is deserving she can be very proud of her because she has come back from serious injuries, who had to put an end to his career. But Vonn has returned to the top of his sport and is today. The champion Olympic of Downhill, to announce last Thursday than it was his last season even if it did not beat the record of 86 victories World Cup. Do you see a world championship, a season, a world cup, the Olympic Games without the queen of alpine skiing ?❤️ I wish him all the happiness of the world so that it makes the best possible performance...
But of course one does not forget his knees, which are the moment in the best state that they can be coming back from time of injury. Lindsey celebrates her 34 years but despite that she is always there, to make us come back every winter, she is very strong and really admiring . This winter is going to be the last winter where we will be able to Lindsey on the screens... Normally it will make its first race of the season on December 02 in Lake Louise. We tell him good luck and that it is the best possible.❤️😔🎿😭
