Since it’s been forever since I did a “get to know me” post I’m doing one today! I’ve been hanging around this corner of the internet for a year now, so it seemed like a good time to do it. Here are 10 facts about me, in no particular order.
- I’m a ballet teacher, and I danced for over 15 years before that
- I’m extremely logical and realistic
- I want to major in English and teach it as a foreign language someday
- I also want to work as an Au Pair at some point
- I prefer milk chocolate over dark chocolate and coffee over tea
- I’m terrible at math, but good in pretty much every other subject. Unless there’s math involved. Math is just the worst.
- My favorite kinds of food are Japanese, Vietnamese, and Ethiopian
- I LOVE candles and I own a LOT of them
- The first concert I went to was U2, and the last one I went to was Twenty One Pilots
- I’m pretty energetic, especially around my friends, but I’m also very soft spoken, so a lot of people think I’m shy. My voice just isn’t very loud 😆
Q : Tell me a fact about yourself!

"So our virtues
Lie in the interpretation of the time...
One fire drives out one fire, one nail one nail;
Rights by rights falter, strengths by strengths do fail." Coriolanus, William Shakespeare
Eternal- (Illustration credits - Nikhila Pushadapu(tagged)) Annoyed, I bang my fist on the wall,
Thoughts of anger clouding my mind.
How could she have said all that,
I thought she was one of a kind!
Ideally I should've sat and thought
But my mind couldn't comprehend.
Instead I went and fought
And that put things to an end.
Shattered, petrified, I sank;
Asked her if she cared about me.
The look on her face was blank
But my eyes could very well see.
She cared a lot but I misunderstood,
Losing her was my biggest fear
She was a peaceful soul under the hood
And she sat upset right here.
I would have travelled a thousand seas
Just to see her smile.
This moment I had to seize
But I failed to travel even a mile.
The noxious cologne of fear choked me,
I was breathing out silent cries.
It was you and I where it used to be,
I could see the pain in her eyes.
All my thoughts, I put aside,
Held her broken pieces and embraced.
She was mine and she couldn't hide
And our eternal love was saved.
