“For peace of mind we need to resign as general manager of the universe”🌍 I try to plan so much into my day, my week, my month and I’m realising that while I strived off the routine of prep it also stopped me from living in the moment. Often the things that don’t go to plan turn out to be the best things anyway 💫
What do you do two days before being induced with your second child? Seek out the most relaxing thing you can do before chaos hits! @tellymummy found the @spaexperienceuk to be ‘an oasis of calm in a bustling metropolis’ during her @elemis peaceful pregnancy massage. Besides mountains of fluffy towels, candles and dim lights, discover what else took Alice’s mind off imminent childbirth... #linkinbio
If you’re struggling to find motivation in any of your training, set yourself a challenge to try something new. I wasn’t sure if I would even be able to do these but I didn’t want the the fear of failure to stop me from at least trying. Turned out to be a pretty fun session and I’m gunna incorporate more gymnastics into my workouts from now on 👊🏼
I want to say what an absolute pleasure it was working with this incredibly hard working and talented artist @shanofficially and how gutted and shocked I am to see two of my favourite acts in the bottom two of the @thexfactor Quarter Finals.....all I can say is watch out for Shan Ako, she is a super 🌟 in the making 💙 your #KINfam
Soaking in all the winter sun I can get whilst it lasts 💫
Hope everyone had the best weekend spending time with loved ones doing your favourite things and working towards your goals 🤗
I spent it catching up with friends and eating allllll the foods 🤩 My favourite weekend activity is literally walking around the city and trying out new dishes at new and old restaurants. Being a foodie in London is pretty great since there are so many good places to go, sometimes it can be overwhelming choosing where to go 😂 #firstworldproblems -
Don’t be afraid to eat out and try new food places even if you are working towards a certain fitness goal, diet breaks can even be beneficial to keep your metabolism going!

It's easy to take where you come from for granted or even resent it or find it embarrassing.
I hated being from a site town when I was a kid. I hated being poor. I found it embarrassing that my parents were hippies.
When I left here at 16 I promised myself I'd never come back and live here. The site world is small but everywhere though. As fate would have it I ended up working in a bar in London where all the site parties went on and I would run in to people from back home on a weekly basis.
I ended up making friend with people in London I'd met at festivals when I was a kid, I went to raves put on by the same people that organised the parties at home. I put 1,335.9 miles between me and my home yet found myself moving with people that were ultimately from the same tribe I'd tried to leave behind.
Looking back now it was a bit of a cosmic joke really. You can't run from who you are.
Unless you work through your stuff it will follow you anywhere just as Orgiva followed me all the way to London.
I don't feel that way anymore. I love being from a hippy community. I think growing up poor gave me a great sense of gratitude and the ability to value even the small things. I'm thankful to be here now and having hippy parents is rad. My mum is in her 60s and from such a different generation but she's woke af, I was given the freedom to be my own person and carve my own path in the world with so much love and support at my back.
But the lesson that experience represented for me always stayed with me. The universe nudging me to look within if I wanted to overcome the things I don't like about myself or my life.
To accept myself and find happiness in each moment even if the overall picture doesn't look exactly as you'd like it to yet.
To care way less about other people's judgements and not sacrifice on my truth for the comfort others.
You can be anywhere in the world but you'll still be inside your own head so unless your thoughts change nothing else truly will.
1 week into the cut 👊🏼🔥
It’s one week since I started a mini cut for Bali, and although there have been some lows this week (plain mince and avo mashed together!) I’m down slightly in weight, and gaining a little more definition. So I’m pumped to be heading into week 2!
After an EPIC cheat meal at @milkylaneofficial last night, energy levels were through the roof during training today!
Never underestimate the importance of a good cheat meal. And btw that’s a shit name for it! Mentally, it’s a reward meal. For a week’s worth of sacrifice and self-discipline. Physically, it’s like a mini reset button. The body adapts to a lower calorie intake, and the rate at which fat is lost can reduce with time spent in a deficit. A sudden high intake of calories can trick the brain out of ‘starvation mode’ which may ultimately improve fat loss for the week ahead.
Now obviously this concept implies you return to strict dieting immediately after the cheat meal (including dessert, of course). This morning I woke up and was straight back on eggs, avo, chicken mince and white rice.
Don’t turn a cheat meal into a cheat weekend! It takes another level of discipline to wake up on a Sunday after a burger, cider and ice cream, and not be tempted to just get a pastry from the local cafe (this was me before btw MANY times 🤦🏻♂️).
A tip from me which I always now follow is to have your cheat meal as the last meal before you go to bed. Don’t have an epic lunch and then expect yourself to go back to eating well for the rest of the day. Have it for dinner, go to bed, wake up and then it’s a new day to get back on it!
A thank you just doesn’t seem enough after such an amazing afternoon @thecreatoragency event! This has given me the biggest kick up the ass, something I have needed for such a long time! THANK YOU @roblipsett and to all of the other speakers today for your knowledge, motivation, and inspiration! 😄🙏🏻 #contentcreators#antidoingshityouhate
