In this workshop students will be able to experience hands-on the art of preparing such fine teas under the instruction of tea experts from IPPODO, while Japanese tea-inspired pastries created by @teakha will be served at the end of each class.

Super duper honesty time:
If you haven't tried our Iron Goddess of Mercy (aka Ti Kwan Yin) Oolong, you're really missing the boat.
Grown by Mr. Lin Ruifu in Anxi County, Fijian, China at 2500 feet, this Oolong has the sweet, floral, almost perfumed notes typical of a high mountain Oolong, with a lightly toasted nutty body.
In our opinion, the best thing about Oolongs is the ride. They have crazy longevity, giving you slightly different flavor notes on every steep. (currently on round 6 as I'm writing this...) So get on down here, and let this merciful goddess deliver you from the small world that is bagged tea and herbals.
