Of late, things in my business have been and let’s be honest, chaos. Can you believe that our pumpkin spice shake broke the internet yesterday for reals?
Seriously, today it’s SOLD OUT!
It comes with the territory, I guess, when you’re suddenly required to produce nearly triple your work because demand is skyrocketing THAT quickly! (Hope you got yours - if not I may have a couple extra packets so HOLLA AT YOUR GIRl!) I REALLY just want to pause and acknowledge that this is awesome…and clearly cause for celebration.

You guys! I have created the best tomato soup in the history of the universe! :D
I got loads of fresh homegrown tomatoes from a relative. Chopped up 1.3 kg's of them (!), added olive oil, basil, parsley and garlic salt and roasted them in the oven for about 45 minutes. Added some garlic towards the end.
A couple miniature onions from the garden, stock, tomato paste, more fresh basil. Blitzed everything up. Added sugar to taste.
It was amazing. :) 2 bowls + bread and butter (252 cal).
KNOW - INTERMITTENT FASTING
Put simply, intermittent fasting (IF) is a meal timing strategy where you alternate between feeding and fasting periods throughout the day.
The most common “fasting window” is usually 16 hours meaning you’d fast for 16 hours of the day. For example you may fast until noon then eat until 8:00pm and repeat this process daily (16 hours of fasting followed by an 8 hour “feeding” period)
Please know that IF is not a magic formula for fat loss! It’s simply a strategy that may make it easier for you to adhere to your nutrition plan and hit your daily calorie and macro goals.
