Years ago when Le Nu 1st opened an outlet at Vivo, I was so excited to try it out as I love beef noodles. Sadly, it was so awful we never went back again.
So today as Hubster and I scoured Bugis Junction for a place to eat some comfort food at a very reasonable price,I decided to give Le Nu a chance again and I am glad I did.
Hubster chose the Spicy Rice Noodle Soup with a Fried Chicken Cutlet and I had the Mixed Beef Combo in Spicy Soup with hand pulled noodles (la mian). .
Both our broths were quite tasty. I put in a couple of dashes of black vinegar to mine to add an extra twangy oomph.
Hubster enjoyed his so much that he declared that we are coming here again !! 💃💃💃🤩🤩🤩😍😍🤤🤤🤤

« Svanuri marili » known as Svanetian salt or simply Svan salt) is traditional spicy salt made in Svaneti, a mountainous region of Georgia. Mixture of salt, pepper and various spices provides it with its trademark piquant flavor. It goes amazingly with meat, salads, omelettes and fried potatoes. Our chef knows where to add it, believe us!
🍴Spicy Red nabe with Cheese Risotto
Spicy hot pot was a good choice for the recent chilly weather❄️ It has a spicy miso flavour, and you can choose the spiciness from level 1-4. Overall, the pot itself was average, unsurprising vege/meat selection, yet the cheese risotto was worth the extra penny! Cheesy rice with the left over soup was SO GOOD😊 —————
Baked chicken with a gold parmigiano reggiano crust ! Super crispy , looks like a fried one, but is super healthy as is baked and glutenfree 😻! A lot of mediterranean flavors and that oregano aroma 💝... in a sandwich hot or cold is a dream 🤗
