VIEWS FROM MY EASY RUN. 😍 Do you ever run EASY? Really, truely easy? 🤔 I see lots of people labelling their runs as ‘easy’ on Strava, but the heart rate often tells a different story. All my runs used to be one speed & that wasn’t so easy, so I am very happy to say I have finally mastered the art of staying in my aerobic zone for an easy run without having to walk & although my overall pace may be slow, my overall feeling is AWESOME! When I run like this, I feel like I could run forever & never get tired. 😍 If you’ve never run like this, you should try it. It can be hard at first & you may have to walk on & off to avoid becoming breathless & to stop your HR sky rocketing, but keep practising because when you finally nail it, you will LOVE it! 💕🏃♀️#yesyoucan#rachelsrunners
Hi! Guess who finally got her a$$ back to the gym today? It’s been a crazy week and a half.... we moved on July 6th and the last week has been lots of unpacking, organizing, and errand running. But now, I’ve literally done everything I can do at home, so I took a field trip to the gym and threw some kettle bells around for a while. And now, I feel amazing! Can’t wait to get back to running, etc this week. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend!
