Lately my personal yoga practice has been easing into slow +stong and... ✨R E S T O R A T I V E Y O G A✨ A year ago I wouldn’t have believed I would do restorative 😳 Well, with time the personal practice changing and I believe for the best! Now knowing and feeling the bliss of this practice I started to offer restorative to my public classes also💫🌟 ~~
When we slow things down in this practice, we allow the gravity and the grounding power of the earth to take over. To let go and relax in poses into a sweet surrender. I gave myself permission to let go instead of trying to control grasp. To feel supported by the earth and a comfy yoga bolster. To feel grounded and held by the earth. To be vulnerable and open. This is where I feel comfortable in my body. When I can be with myself without judgment and feel everything my body does for me on a moment to moment basis.
~~ I truly believe that because of crazy pace of the world we live in, we are loosing connection with ourselves! As a result of that disconnection from ourselves our nervous system is upside down. Most of us are always in the sympathetic rhythm which means, fight or flight. And we need to find our way to recharge and to restore our nervous system and body. ~~
So lets R E S T O R E ourselves this Thursday, 13th Dec. It is the last class in 2018✨ And I will also reward you with a blissful Yoga Nidra ❤️ #restorativeyoga#yogabliss#connectingwithself#recharge#selflove#selfcare#yogapractise#lovinglife#findingpeace
