This week, more than ever, do I want to start out prepped, on track and focused on my goals ....... because we all know what Thursday may hold for us!! 🦃🦃🦃 So why not get in the kitchen, batch cook some meats and veggies, cut those healthy fats and fruits and make a few extras to keep you excited for tomorrow!!

I have been busy with my boys so I haven’t had the chance to post everything since last night! -
I finally got to try the @realgoodfoods pizza last night!! It’s nothing personal, I ALWAYS add my own extra toppings to a frozen pizza! There is never enough sauce or cheese! 🤣🤣🤣 and since I got the cheese pizza, I added pepperonis 🍕👌 -
It was DELICIOUS!! The crust had its own very unique flavor, cauli and parm mix! 🤤🤤🤤🤤👌 && it held up really well!! Eric tried it and loved it too! He was pretty shocked it tasted so good! Def worth the $8.99🤣😍🤓
I've finished eating for the day already, combined everything into 2 meals that I ate over 2 or so hours and now I'll fast for as long as possible. 20 hrs is till 11am tomorrow but I reckon I could keep going til maybe 24hrs. I'll see how I feel.
I'm considering doing OMAD fasting and seeing how that works for me 🤷♀️
Carbs is my kryptonite. Thanks to the Juicy Body Transformation program and hubby who’s been researching and stocking the pantry, I now turn to these healthy alternatives... 1) Cauliflower rice to replace rice
2) Almond meal and Coconut Flour to replace white flour
3) Psyllium Husk to replace white bread crumbs
And I’m still enjoying yummy meals!
