The main factor of how long it takes for your body to enter in this state really depends on how low you get your carb intake for the first few days.
Reducing your carb intake to less than 20 grams a day can possibly put your body in ketosis within a few days.

• Low Carb, Gluten Free, Keto-Friendly Dough
• Made w/ Mozzarella Cheese, Cream Cheese, Egg & a Flour
• Traditionally made with Almond Flour
• Texture is Similar to Pizza Dough
• High Calorie, but very filling
Fathead dough is super versatile, and you can easily make it at home. I made the @keto.connect Pigs in a Blanket with this dough. Their version is a lower calorie version of Fathead.
I'll be posting my cinnamon strudel recipe tomorrow, that's my rendition of the classic fathead dough but it's sweeter and more pastry like, so look out for that. 🤗
