A trio of back and biceps. I will typically pair pull and push exercises together. Your biceps help your back during pulling exercises (Think pulling open a door or pulling heavy bags out of your trunk!) so I will aim to burn both muscle groups out at the same time. I started this workout with seated and bent over pulldowns then did the following:
1️⃣ 1 arm bent over row 2️⃣ seated bicep curls 3️⃣ bent over reverse flyes
