Hey All! Please excuse my lack of posts. For the past 3 months, I have been finding out the hard way that each pregnancy can be completely different than the last. .
With my first, I felt great (aside from some fatigue), ate clean, and worked out 5x/week. I had never been so consistent in my life. .
This one, however, has been quite the opposite. Nausea hits every day, which in turn makes it difficult to eat well or exercise at all. I’ve gained 10lbs and have only worked out when I physically feel like I can. .
I am in my 2nd trimester now and feel slightly better. I just finished a pretty tough leg workout and it made me feel human again. .
I want to tell all those women who are struggling with sickness and fatigue to take it a day at a time. Get up and move whenever you feel like you can, listen to your body, and most importantly, be proud of what you are able to accomplish while creating another being.
