Today’s healthy kick has a little bit of everything in it! I tend to make up my smoothies for how I’m feeling on the day and today I’m feeling weary. As I have a tendency to anaemia I decided on my trusty smoothie that did the trick for me when my iron levels were shockingly low. 🦋
Into this I have added Maca and collagen hydrolysate to help with the energy but also a boost for my joints. 🦋
Today I managed to include some of those lovely plums I picked yesterday as well as kiwi fruit so a nice Vit C kick to help absorb the spatone sachet I included. I always go heavier on the veg rather than overload on fruit. Don’t be tempted to stick too much fruit is as you turn a smoothie into something far too sugary otherwise! 🦋

Had so much fun making these beeswax shapes this morning. I used natural beeswax from my local bee-farm (@de_bijenboerderij) and two @squireskitchen moulds I already had from my cake decorating days. Next challege is to make my own ‘Stitching Sheep’ moulds using sillicone mould putty by #sillicreations. #beeswax
